Dionisius I Telmaharoyo (Latin: Dionysius Telmaharensis, Suriah: ܕܝܘܢܢܘܣܝܘܣ ܬܠܡܚܪܝܐ, Arab: مار ديونيسيوس التلمحري), juga disebut Dionisius dari Tel Mahre, adalah Patriark Antiokhia, dan kepala Gereja Ortodoks Suriah dari tahun 818 sampai 845, saat kematiannya.[1][2]
