Albertonykus (artinya "cakar Alberta") adalah sebuah genus dinosaurus alvarezsauridae punah dari bebatuan sub-kala Maastrichtian (Kapur Akhir) di Formasi Horseshoe Canyon, Alberta, Kanada. Genus tersebut dikenal dari sisa senda depan dan sendi balakang dari berbagai individual. Semuanya selain dua spesimen berasal dari lapisan tulang yang didominasi oleh Albertosaurus, yang terletak di puncak Unit 4 dari Formasi Horseshoe Canyon,^[1] yang berasal dari ~68.5 juta tahun lalu.^[2]
